Any actual work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement that spells out scope, pricing, and timeline. Prices and details shown on the site can change and aren't binding until we both sign that agreement.
03 Intellectual property
The SWITCHD name, branding, copy, design, and code on this site belong to SWITCHD unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy, resell, or reuse them without permission. (Ownership of work we build for you is handled in your project agreement, where it'll usually transfer to you on final payment.)
04 Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or misuse it, the AI assistant, or any connected service, and don't use it to harm anyone.
05 The AI assistant
The chat assistant on this site is automated and powered by a third-party AI model. It can be inaccurate or incomplete, and nothing it says is professional, legal, or financial advice. Don't share sensitive personal information with it, and confirm anything important directly with us before relying on it.

Content on this site is for general information only. It isn't legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it doesn't create a client relationship until we've signed an agreement.
