01 Who we are

02 Information we collect
Information you give us
When you book a call or get in touch, you may share your name, email, business details, and anything you choose to tell us. Scheduling is handled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter to book.
Conversations with our AI assistant
If you use the chat assistant on our site, the messages you send are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Please don't enter sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, ID numbers) into the chat.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host (Vercel) records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use this to personally identify you.
Cookies
Our own site uses little to no cookies. Third-party tools you interact with (such as Calendly when you book) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
03 How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the site and the assistant.
- To send you information you've requested or that relates to work we're doing together.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
04 Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run SWITCHD, and only as needed:
- Vercel:website hosting and infrastructure.
- Anthropic:powers the AI assistant (processes chat messages to generate replies).
- Calendly:scheduling and booking.
- GoDaddy:domain and DNS.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
05 The AI assistant
The chat assistant is automated. It can be wrong, and nothing it says is professional, legal, or financial advice. Treat it as a helpful starting point, not a final answer, and confirm anything important with a real conversation.
06 Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
07 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under California's CCPA or the EU's GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email hello@switchd.pro and we'll take care of it.
08 Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure. Please use good judgment about what you share online.
09 Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
